At ISTORAGE SPACE, we are committed to providing reliable and secure self-storage solutions. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to request a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions.

1. Cancellation and Refunds for Storage Units

• Reservation Cancellations:
  • You may cancel your storage unit reservation for a full refund if cancellation is made within 24 hours of booking, provided the unit has not been accessed.
  • If the cancellation occurs after the 24-hour window but before the rental period begins, a partial refund may be issued.
• No-Show Policy:
  • If you reserve a unit and fail to show up or access the unit within 3 days, your reservation may be canceled without refund.

2. Refunds for Prepaid Rent

• Unused Rent Refunds:
  • If you vacate your storage unit before the end of a prepaid rental period, you may be eligible for a refund of the unused portion of the rent.
  • To qualify for a refund, a minimum of 14 days notice is required before vacating the unit.
  • Refunds for prepaid rent will be prorated based on the remaining number of full rental days, minus a 14 days of [X amount].

3. Non-Refundable Charges

• Administrative Fees: Administrative, processing, or setup fees are non-refundable.
• Late Payments and Fees: Payments made for late fees, lock fees, or other penalties are not eligible for refunds.

4. Refunds for Service Disruptions

In the unlikely event that our facility becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., facility closures or significant maintenance issues), you may be entitled to a prorated refund for the days affected by the disruption.

5. Requesting a Refund

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to accounts@istoragespace.com or contact +6 018 9677 223.
• All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the qualifying event (e.g., vacating the unit or cancellation).
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days after approval.

6. Exceptions

Certain promotions or special offers may have different refund policies, as specified at the time of purchase.
