By renting a storage unit from IStorage Space you agree to these terms and conditions.
A rental agreement must be signed before accessing the storage unit. This agreement will outline specific terms related to your rental, including payment, duration, and access.

Late payments may incur additional fees.
Tenants will receive access codes/keys and registered facial recognition for their units.
Access hours are 24 hours.
Units may only be used for storage of personal property and commercial use.
Hazardous materials, perishables, and illegal items are strictly prohibited.
While we take security seriously, we are not responsible for loss or damage to items stored.
Tenants are encouraged to obtain insurance for their stored items.
Tenants may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice via WhatsApp, email or SMS.
We reserve the right to terminate the agreement for breach of terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Notice of changes will be provided via email or posted on our website.
